Wow. I can’t even believe how wonderful of an experience this has been. My dream couch has always been a lovesac but was never in a position to own one. I randomly had a bit of a couch emergency and Nate really pulled through. Extremely quick and helpful over the phone and through text. I literally bought this couch and it was delivered the next day.

Is this new, or open-box?
New. These are ordered new from the manufacturer rather than sourced from returns or floor models, so they arrive factory-sealed and have never been sat on.
What about the manufacturer warranty?

How much is delivery, and how fast?
White-glove delivery starts at $160 across the Willamette Valley. Our crew brings it in, assembles the layout you picked, and waits while you decide. Free pickup from the warehouse is always an option.
What if it doesn't fit through my door?
Modules carry in individually, so tight stairs and narrow doorways are rarely an issue. And because you approve it at delivery, a fit problem is never your problem — it goes back on the truck.
Can I change the layout later, or add to it?
Yes. Nothing clips together, so you can rearrange the modules any time. The pieces are sold individually by the manufacturer, so a set can usually be extended later — text us and we'll check availability in your fabric.
