Visiting questions
How long does a visit take?
Most people are in and out in 20 to 30 minutes. Book longer if you're comparing several pieces or bringing someone with you, and take as long as you need once you're here.
Do I have to buy anything?
No. Plenty of people come to sit on a few, take measurements, and go away to think about it. There is no sales floor and nobody works on commission.
Can I bring my kids or my dog?
Absolutely. It's a warehouse, not a showroom with white carpet. Bring whoever is going to be sitting on the sofa.
What if I see something I love?
You can buy it on the spot and we'll arrange delivery, usually within 72 hours. Everything is one of a kind, so if you're not ready to decide, ask us about holding it.
What if I can't make it to Springfield?
Text us and we'll send fresh close-up photos or a walkaround video of any piece. Plenty of our customers buy without visiting, and you still get the final say when the crew delivers it.

Every delivery ends the same way, whether you saw the piece in person or not: you sit on it in your own living room, and if it isn't right the crew takes it back before they leave.
