Can you send me more photos of a piece?
Yes, and it's the request we get most. Tell us which piece and we'll send fresh close-ups or a walkaround video, including anything worth knowing about the condition. We'd rather you see the wear now than be surprised by it on delivery.
Will something still be available by the time I decide?
Ask and we'll tell you honestly. Stock moves, and if a piece is close to selling we'll say so rather than rushing you. Ask us about holding it while you measure your room.
Do you deliver to my area?
White-glove delivery starts at $160 across the Willamette Valley, usually within 72 hours. Further out, send us your ZIP and we'll quote it. Free pickup from the warehouse is always an option, and we'll help you load.
I've already ordered. Who do I talk to?
