Albany Park Kova Pillow Cushion Sofa 122" + Ottoman
Albany Park Kova Pillow Cushion Sofa 122" + Ottoman
This is a 122″ modular sofa with a matching ottoman from Albany Park's Kova collection. Oversized pillow-style cushions create a soft, relaxed silhouette, while the broad seats and movable ottoman make it easy to stretch out and lounge. The modular pieces offer flexibility when arranging your space.
What people like about this one is the combination of generous proportions and casual comfort. The Birch Performance Brushed Canvas upholstery has a warm, versatile neutral tone and a soft, lived-in appearance. Plush seat and back cushions contrast with the sofa's clean, squared-off arms and low profile.

What's included & how it fits
Modular means your couch is built from separate pieces instead of one fixed frame. Rearrange them whenever you want a new look, add pieces as your space grows, and pull one aside when guests come over. When it's time to move, it comes apart into pieces that are easy to carry and fit through doorways a regular sectional can't.
Same sectional. $2,013 back in your pocket.
- 50% below manufacturer retail
- In your living room within 72 hours
- Inspected, cleaned, condition disclosed
- Approve it at delivery or send it back
- Full retail, plus tax and delivery
- Weeks of lead time, shipped in boxes
- You assemble it yourself
- Returns mean repacking and freight
Why the gap? A returned sectional can't be sold as new, even if nobody ever sat on it. Manufacturers liquidate those by the truckload. We curate the best of it, clean it up, and pass the difference on.

Fresh starts, happy sits
Wow. I can’t even believe how wonderful of an experience this has been. My dream couch has always been a lovesac but was never in a position to own one. I randomly had a bit of a couch emergency and Nate really pulled through. Extremely quick and helpful over the phone and through text. I literally bought this couch and it was delivered the next day.
Can’t recommend Nate and his business enough. The prices were great and customer service was exceptional – we will definitely go back to Nate for future furniture needs!
I’m so glad I got my couch from Fresh Start Furniture. Would recommend Nate to anyone looking for a couch. He has excellent customer service, high quality furniture, and unbeatable prices. In roughly 24 hours I saw a couch on his website, booked an appointment to see it, and had it delivered to my house where it was assembled for me. Could not have been made it easier.
I almost had to leave a 1-star review… …because now my wife wants to replace all our other furniture too. 😂 Seriously though, these guys were awesome. Friendly, honest, no pressure, and they made the whole process easy. The prices were great, everything was exactly as promised, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Would absolutely buy from Fresh Start Furniture again. Thanks for the great experience!
